Custom Dremel water coolant sprayer

Custom Dremel water coolant sprayer - $15 - $20 each plus time constructing

Tapered Inflator Tip and a Stainless Steel Inflator Needle from the 7 Piece Air Blow Gun Kit can be used in the construction of your custom Dremel water coolant sprayer.

Dremel Detailers Grip carried at most hardware stores.

Components from the 7 piece Air Blow Gun Kit and Dremel Detailers Grip available at most hardware stores.

Torx screwdriver and additional drill bits required to build your Custom Dremel water lubricator/cooler included in our kits as shown attached to a cordless Dremel which is not included in our kit.

With a Torx screwdriver split the Dremel Deatailers Grip.

At the bottom of the forward facing side of the Dremel Deatailers Grip, drill a 19/64 inch hole which will accommodate one end of the 36 inches of the tight fitting 5/16 inch OD vinyl tubing.

Pull the 5/16 inch OD vinyl tubing through far enough to screw on the Stainless Steel Inflator Needle.

Be sure to use some Teflon tape on the needle threads to secure a leak proof seal.

Drill a hole with a 5/64 inch drill bit parallel to the surface where the Dremel Deatailers Grip would meet the Dremel Rotary tool.

Then carve out a larger hole part way through with a 3/8 counter sink or drill bit to accommodate the 5/16 inch vinyl tubing which will be pressed over the threads of the inflator needle.

Push the Inflator Needle with the attached 5/16 inch OD vinyl tubing through the forward facing side of the Dremel Deatailers Grip.

Align (bend) the needle to spray just below where the glass drill bit would contact the glass window pane.
